Red Amherst (10 AP 1845) origin backstamp with red manuscript "1/1½" prepaid 1s1½d cy. rating; reverse with ST ANDEWS N.B. cds in blue transit cds. The 'PAID' in crown circle deleted in ink as '25' cents was due for delivery in the States. Very fine.
